By booking or participating in any Materre class, workshop, retreat, or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful payment.
Prices, schedules, instructors, and locations may occasionally change. Materre reserves the right to modify or cancel classes, workshops, retreats, or events where necessary.
2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the event, retreat, or offering. Where applicable, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Materre reserves the right to refuse refunds for missed classes, late arrivals, or cancellations made outside the stated cancellation period.
3. WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including imagery, branding, text, graphics, and creative materials, remains the property of Materre unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
By using this website, you agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its content.
4. WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Participation in all classes, workshops, retreats, and wellness experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
By attending a session with Materre, you acknowledge that yoga, pilates, breathwork, sound healing, and related practices may involve physical activity and carry inherent risks.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and understand that it is your responsibility to seek medical advice where appropriate.
Please inform your instructor prior to class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or concerns that may affect your participation. Modifications may be offered where possible.
5. LIABILITY
Materre, its facilitators, partners, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property theft sustained during participation in classes, events, retreats, or use of facilities, except where required by law.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, move within their own limits, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or distress.
6. STUDIO & EVENT CONDUCT
To maintain a respectful and peaceful environment, we kindly ask all guests to:

respect fellow participants and the space
By booking or attending a class or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
7. PHOTO VIDEO CONSENT
By attending a Materre event, retreat, or class, you acknowledge that photography and video content may occasionally be captured for editorial, website, and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any content, please inform us prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
