Marie-Paule is Austrian and founded Materre in 2024. Deeply connected to everything Materre represents at its core, she sees it as more than a concept, but as an entire universe she envisions bringing to life.

Early on, Marie developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the power of creating experiences and spaces that carry a certain energy. To bring this spirit to life, Materre collaborates with people deeply devoted to their craft—from chefs and movement instructors to artists and makers.
